Dear Dwayne Marshall,

we are sad to inform you that whoever gave you the rank of Unit Commander of SWAT-.. you are now a Sergeant in Training, basically a Corporal close to becoming Sergeant as our DCOPII has some interest in you; I will trust you and give you the status of Sergeant In Training. You however are not leading anything whatsoever in SWAT, thank you for your dedication so far in the SWAT unit and being interested.

Deputy Chief Bone gave me this position beacuse I working hard and I prooved myself to him, I would like to get a chance from you aswell.

Chief of Police Joseph Rivera is already leading SWAT and I never approved of you being a Sergeant, neither did Joseph Rivera.
